Cancellation Policy

All 1:1 consultations with Graphics by Leeigh are designed to provide clarity, strategy, and direction for your business and branding needs. Consultations must be booked at least 24 hours in advance, and an intake form is required at the time of booking so preparation can be made for your specific goals. Payment is due in full at the time of booking and is non-refundable. You may reschedule one time with at least 24 hours’ notice, but cancellations, late arrivals beyond 10 minutes, missed sessions, or no-call/no-shows will result in forfeited payment. Consultations may be held virtually via Zoom or in person. For virtual sessions, you will receive a Zoom link after booking. For in-person sessions, the location details will be provided once your booking is confirmed. Please arrive on time and prepared, as sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time, and any delays may result in a shortened session. After your consultation, you will receive a recap email summarizing the key takeaways, suggested next steps, and resources as needed. Please note that consultations are strictly for strategy, guidance, and Q&A. Design work, file creation, or revisions are not included unless explicitly stated at the time of booking. All consultation-related communication outside of your scheduled session should be directed to graphicsbyleeigh@gmail.com. Please allow 24–48 hours for responses. By booking a consultation, you agree to these policies, which are in place to protect both your time and mine and to ensure that every consultation is professional, productive, and focused on your business needs.
